Judge did not care.. said I just be guilty and must have known I have a problem if I was carrying bulbs.. How could I know? I got charged for driving without insurance.. I asked judge how I could know if the card was in the car and showed s valid? His response was that everyone knew my boss was not paying his bills and because I was being smart with him it was a 300 buck fine..
