I’m grateful to say that I haven’t. But I have heard stories. Everything from claimants who turn up to court in trainers and gym gear to parties stripping down to their underwear in protest of decisions. None go down very well. The English courts are very old and ‘proper.’ If one does not conduct themselves in the More Love Less Hate Club Q LGBT Shirt in contrast I will get this appropriate manner expect a tirade or detailed diatribe of the persons faults. I told this story recently. It’s still right up there with one of the tackiest things I’ve seen in a court room. I didn’t see anything tacky, but I saw the defendant threaten to kill his ex-girlfriend while he was on trial for molesting her children. Later, I had to ride in an elevator with him. In small claims court in Brooklyn, a fellow was suing a mechanic for faulty work. He said to the judge “I want to present exhibit A.” and put a rusty muffler on the bench judges bench. Generally, courtrooms are the More Love Less Hate Club Q LGBT Shirt in contrast I will get this epitome of protocol and decorum; and I have never seen anything tacky in a courtroom. My sister wore her Mexican milagro earrings into the judge’s chambers. The earrings were shaped like arms. She asked them which amendment they represented. Judges who side with attorneys engaged in delaying tactics in obvious violation of the rights of pro se litigants, over and over and over and over. But then again, I once wore American flag tennis shoes as a pro se litigant well my rights were being violated. And oh how I wear them with pride. It was a domestic violence case as my husband had hit my daughter on her face and caught her by the collar threatening her to be thrown off the balcony, while I was at work and she was just 7 and hardly 2 months of migration! Poor girl had just been admitted to a new school and waited to play with new friends with different colour skins. She is brown. She loved her Dad and was very scared of his loud voice. In the courtroom he looked very disturbed. Grown beard, dirty hair and looked at me as though I was the police or the same team. Refused to greet his children (my son was just a year old) a Ice only ever been in a courtroom once, and only as a member of jury, we were on a case where a guy was accused of planning/ carrying out a burglary on a farm house where shotguns were stored, they were then accused of hiding the 6 shotguns and 2000 shells in his girlfriend’s apartment. The ONLY point that the defence could make for his case was that the CCTV stills that we were looking at DEFINITELY didnt have a bulldog tattoo in them despite the fact that the defendant had a bulldog tattoo…the problem? The bulldog tattoo was LITERALLY the only thing you could clearly make out in the stills,
